Superfood Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • SoWell Protein: ½ cup
  • Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats: 1 cup
  • Chia Seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Flaxseed Meal: 1 tablespoon
  • Hemp Seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Plant-Based Milk: 2 cups
  • Maple Syrup or Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon goji berries or açai powder

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, SoWell Protein, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, hemp seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Add Liquids: Pour in the almond milk and maple syrup. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Let It Set: Divide the mixture into mason jars or any airtight containers. Seal the lids tightly and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Superfood Boost: For an extra nutritional punch, stir in goji berries or a sprinkle of acai powder before serving.


Variations to Try:
