Zepbound is currently the most effective weight loss medication on the market. In trials, patients safely lost 25% of their body weight on this medication. Zepbound shares the same key ingredient as Mounjaro called tirzepatide.
Wegovy
Wegovy is a GLP-1 weight loss medication that shares the same key ingredient as Ozempic: semaglutide. It’s highly effective for weight loss with patients losing an average of 15% of their body weight in clinical trials.
Contrave
This oral medication is taken twice daily to help reduce appetite and reduce cravings. Its key ingredients are naltrexone and bupropion. Bupropion is also an antidepressant, so this medication can also help with mood.
The DOCTOR BEHIND THE METHOD
Dr. Alexandra Sowa
