It's been almost 2 weeks since I started one capsule a day (about to start 2 a day) and today was the first I had my regular pb on whole grain toast at 7am and I literally looked at the clock at 11:30am and still wasn't hungry. That's a first for this foodie!!! I had a small lunch shortly after and again I didn't think about food until after 4. Believe it or not that's huge for me! I'll take my capsule this evening with water and have small dinner before 7 pm. I did step on the scale this morning before eating and was down 1 lb. Again, improvement considering I haven't budged in over a month. My belly seems slightly smaller depending on what I ate. I can't comment on the energy front yet though because I've been having more coffee lately since picking up more hours at work. I can say I haven't been moving my bowels and more than usual but they are more loose. Currently I am 185... well 184 now.
